  • Do you only work with Wix for website design?
    Yes, we specialise exclusively in Wix and hold a Wix 'Icon' designer status, enabling us to leverage the platform's extensive capabilities to create visually stunning, user-friendly, and highly functional websites. Whilst we can support maintenance on other platforms, Wix is our preferred design/redesign platform.
  • Can you improve our existing website if it’s on another platform?
    Our expertise lies within the Wix platform. If your current site is on another platform, we can discuss options for rebuilding it in Wix, where we can fully customise it to meet your goals and ensure ease of management.
  • What industries do you work with?
    While we work with clients across various industries, we have a strong focus on trades, hospitality, and the medical/nursing sectors. However, our flexible approach allows us to support businesses in nearly any field.
  • How long does a typical project take?
    Project timelines vary depending on the scope, but we aim to provide a realistic timeframe upfront and keep you informed throughout each phase, ensuring we deliver on time and within your expectations.
  • What’s the process for creating a logo or brand identity?
    Our branding process begins with understanding your vision and business values. We then develop unique logo concepts and branding elements, refining them through your feedback to deliver a final identity that captures the essence of your business.
  • Will I have full ownership of the designs you create?
    Yes, once the project is complete, you’ll have full ownership of all deliverables, including logos, website content, and any custom graphics or branding assets. I can stay on as an administrator for any future support or design updates you may need. At the end of the project, you’ll need to set up your own Wix account, to which I’ll transfer ownership of the site.

    We provide both individual services and flexible packages that bundle website design, branding, and other marketing solutions. Each project is tailored to suit your needs and budget, ensuring you receive the best value.
